The Electric Mini Grinder is a compact versatile design button bit grinder capable of handling both threaded and DTH bits, and can be rig mounted or set up in a workshop.
Some of the key features include:
- the True Profile Centering Technology, which grinds the gauge button to its near axial center, and
- a powered tiltable bit table with adjustable preset angle, for reduced setup time.
A newly designed digital control panel controls the overall grinding process and allows the operator to easily control grinding time, feed pressure, and view system information. The more efficient design than previous generations has reduced operating and maintenance costs significantly, while improving the end result.
Mini grinder is also available in Pneumatic or semi-Hydraulic versions.
A Special Bit Quattro Holder is available for high volume bit sharpening, and can be fitted to the existing bit holder simply by placing the holder into the existing clamping device.
